This is down to the license key you have for NinjaTrader:

I am trying to connect NinjaTrader to a MB Trading account, but I cannot find the provider when creating the new account connection.
Please can you send me a sim key so i can see all providers?
Ryan Millard, NinjaTrader Customer Service has helped to resolve this in the past for other NinjaTrader users
Please can you advise Carl on his possible actions to fix?
